THE BIG 40

It was my colleague Den's 39th birthday yesterday... woohoo... so close to the big 40... it was fun..... and the thing is... he dun look 40.... not even close... look at the pix and you will know... i wonder if mentality really plays a part.... he is always so cheeky, playful and basically energetic.... well not really when he was stuck in the sales team, but now when he returned to being a fitness instructor. he kinda went back to his old self which is the bubbly Den...

so i suppose mentality DO play an impt part....
